Project Manager.

Profile:
- University degree in IT or a related field; project management certifications ( PMI, Agile, Scrum) are valued;
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams and complex software development projects;
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and the full software development lifecycle;
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, technical environments;
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate national and international projects, ensuring both financial and operational control;
- Experience in the financial/banking sector is a strong plus;
- Proactive, open-minded and resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
