About the Role
SwiftNine is looking for a high-ownership, high-velocity Project Manager who can run multiple projects end-to-end and make sure initiatives ship on time, on spec, and with zero excuses. You'll be the person who turns chaos into clarity: aligning teams, building execution plans, removing blockers, and driving weekly delivery across departments (E-commerce, Growth, Tech, Operations, Finance, Client Delivery).
This is not a status update role. This is an execution leadership role.
What You'll Own (Responsibilities)1) Delivery & Execution (Core)
Own project planning → execution → delivery → post-launch review.
Convert goals into clear roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Run weekly sprints / execution cycles with measurable outputs.
Ensure every project has: scope, owner, deadlines, dependencies, risks, KPIs.
2) Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Coordinate across teams: Creative, Paid Ads, Sales, Dev, Operations, Finance, Client Success.
