Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction/building industry.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related issues effectively.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in budget management, including cost estimation, tracking, and control.
• Ability to work onsite at the Kawasan Perindustrian Senai 3, Senai, Johor, Malaysia location.
