Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Project & Operational Planning
• Develop comprehensive operational plans aligned with project scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Translate technical requirements into execution plans including equipment readiness, manpower
planning and mobilization sequences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project expectations and operational constraints are clearly
defined and managed.
2. Operational Execution & Oversight
• Oversee preparation, calibration and maintenance of geophysical survey equipment (analog and
digital).
• Ensure all survey systems meet operational standards and documentation requirements before
mobilization.
• Monitor daily operational progress and provide structured updates to project leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows, equipment utilization and resource allocation.
