Job description
As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of medium-size and/or complex to large projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Reality Games policy, quality standards, financial targets, and schedule commitments. You will support the management in overseeing team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution. You may also carry accountability for a portfolio of projects. In this, you will directly report to the management (CEO and COO) and closely work with the Product Owner.
This is a full-time role based in our Cracow, Poland office.
Your duties:
Lead the project team and establish the project execution strategy. Oversee project handover, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to meet all project objectives.
