Project Manager

Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead project team meetings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor project schedules, progress claims, and prepare regular reports. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, safety regulations, and quality standards. Manage procurement schedules, material delivery timelines, and variation orders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Review and validate M&E designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals. Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural elements. Supervise installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, etc. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications and statutory requirements. Attend testing and commissioning of M&E systems and ensure documentation is properly recorded. Liaise with consultants, authorities, and relevant stakeholders on M&E matters.
