About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise site supervisors and project teams.
• Manage HVAC/ACMV projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, resources, and costs.
• Prepare project reports and resolve on-site issues.
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC/ACMV projects.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge in project management and site supervision.
