Project Manager

Purpose

Own delivery. Kill ambiguity. Force execution. You are accountable for timelines, scope, and cross-team alignment. If a feature slips or requirements are unclear, it is your failure. You are the single point of accountability for project delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Break projects into measurable milestones, timelines, and dependencies

• Run daily and weekly sprints with Dev, NOC, and Support

• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks

• Remove blockers aggressively and escalate early

• Maintain delivery documentation and change logs

• Ensure zero-surprise delays

KPIs

• On-time delivery rate (>90%)

• Requirement clarity score from Dev & Support (>4/5)

• Sprint predictability

• Cross-team SLA adherence
