About the Role
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the project team to oversee all development activities, ensuring completion within the approved budget, timeline, and with high-quality standards.
- Oversee on-site project management, assess the performance of contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors, and provide timely feedback to management.
- Ensure that all construction works are executed in strict compliance with approved plans, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Monitor overall project progress and proactively guide the team to prepare and procure necessary materials in advance.
- Organize and conduct project kick-off meetings, monthly site meetings, technical meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal project team discussions.
