Position Overview

The Government of Alberta is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the Procurement System Modernization Program within the 1GX ERP transformation initiative. This role will lead complex enterprise projects involving procurement, HRIS, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP modernization while collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, resource coordination, and successful delivery of strategic IT initiatives in a large public‑sector environment.

  • Contract-to-Pay (C2P)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Source-to-Contract (S2C)
• Manage large‑scale HRIS and enterprise business transformation projects.
