Project Manager

Overview

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our clients team in industrial, infrastructure and data center projects in Helsinki.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for project cost, schedule and budget management
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead client meetings and other required project coordination meetings
• Monitor and report on factors affecting construction costs and prepare data-driven analyses and recommendations
• Review and audit cost estimates prepared by subcontractors and other project parties
• Review and approve invoices, payment applications and retention payments
• Manage the project handover process to the client, including final documentation, warranties and final deliveries
