Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Support new product development projects across the different categories, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery aligned to project plan
• Drive cross-functional excellence: Work with Brand Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, LRDQ, P&T etc and external partners to deliver consumer-focused, innovative solutions.
• Project planning & implementation: Develop and execute project plans (including timelines, milestones, budgets), run Scrum/Agile sprints, and leverage PMP best practices.
• Stakeholder management: Coordinate regular meetings to communicate progress, manage decision processes, and resolve risks, issues, or obstacles quickly.
• Technical validation: Ensure product and packaging solutions are technically robust in alignment with concerned CFTs, conducting validation tests and data analysis where appropriate.
