The Project Manager manages the whole project operationally, technically and will also be responsible for the quality, safety, progress and cost. His role is to ensure that the project is completed on time, on, budget, safely and in accordance with all applicable standards and requirements.
The Project Manager is the primary and main representative of the project for the Client/PIC and other third parties involved on the project.
