Lead and manage a core construction project with a focus on budget and quality specifications from our Edmonton office to near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Drive project success and uphold quality standards as a Project Manager in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preconstruction activities and project launch
- Manage project budget and invoice reviews
- Chair Owner Architect and Consultant meetings
- Conduct Quality Control inspections and assessments
- Supervise project reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant construction certification
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience
- Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Lean processes and continuous improvement
