We are recruiting fora global FMCG manufacturer seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact innovation, product development, and supply chain projects across Europe and internationally.
Role Overview
Lead a portfolio of projects from feasibility through to launch and transition into production, delivering on time, in full, and on budget. Operate within a structured Stage Gate process, managing risk, change, SAP master data, and cross-functional stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, Procurement, and global PMO teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own project portfolio delivery for NPD, product changes, and supply chain initiatives
Lead feasibility assessments and full lifecycle project management
Develop schedules, track progress in MS Project, and manage risks & dependencies
Ensure smooth handover to manufacturing and commercial production
