Project Manager (Fit-out)

The Project Manager will be delivering projects in the Corporate Occupier / Office Fit-out space across sectors in Sydney. The Project Manager will be expected to be able to deliver projects for global corporate clients and it is preferred that the candidate has experience with client-side delivery and it will be highly regarded if they have experience delivering in principal or working for a general contractor.

• Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Identifying and ensuring that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
