With a focus on Light Industrial Buildings, Retail, and Tenant Improvement, there is no shortage of project diversity and stability. Location: Edmonton, AB. Salary: $125,000 - $140,000. May/June 2026 start.
Responsibilities
- Participate in new project sales meetings with potential clients with BD lead
- Prepare, monitor and update construction schedules and job costs
- Prepare, maintain, and update project files
- Manage owner and consultant-initiated change notices and change orders
- Request pricing from subcontractors for change notices and process subcontractor change orders
