Project Manager - E-Invoicing Product Owner

Overview

As part of Grundfos’ 2025 strategy to build simplified, standardized, and automated global processes, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager – E‑Invoicing Product Owner to drive successful migrations and finance transformation initiatives. You will be fully accountable for delivering project outcomes, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering strong collaboration across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute finance migration and transformation projects together with local finance teams, SMEs, Shared Services, and outsourcing partners
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and deliverables; adjust plans proactively to ensure successful execution
• Apply the Finance Excellence Framework and Process Migration Framework where relevant
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and securely stored
