We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager (BPO) to lead end-to-end call centre expansion and infrastructure projects in a fast-growing environment.

This role is hands‑on and operationally focused — transforming vacant or partially completed buildings into fully operational, high‑performing call centre sites. You’ll take ownership of infrastructure, connectivity, operational readiness, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure sites go live on time and within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing: Lead full lifecycle setup of new call centre facilities
Manage IT, network and internet provisioning (primary & failover connectivity)
Coordinate infrastructure including cabling, power, UPS, generators, security & workstation setup
Oversee telephony and dialer readiness for go‑live
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and Gantt charts
