About the Role

Responsibilities & Tasks
Communicating with customers to establish their business requirements
Writing high level specification / requirements
Splitting customer requests into workable tasks
Communicating with Willows team to coordinate work done for customers
Managing and coordinating workloads
Determining most efficient resource allocation for current workload
Candidate Requirements
Experience with project management and PM tools
Experience in customer facing roles
Highly technical, ideally with some development / IT experience
Organised, good communicator, enjoys talking to people.
Has worked in a busy Digital Agency and undestands Agency Life.
Experience is as important as qualifications
A 3rd level qualification in business and or computer related field.
In depth knowledge of building and maintaining ecommerce sites.
