About the Role
Oversee the full construction site development process from pre-construction to project turnover.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and LGUs to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Supervise on-site activities and conduct regular inspections to maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, cost estimates, and progress reports.
Monitor contractor performance, resolve site issues, and enforce contractual obligations to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage!
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as Project Manager
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with local government regulations and environmental standards...
