Project Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with an architectural background to lead the supervision of a live, operating project in the Eastern Province. Role & Responsibilities: Overall management and supervision of mall renovation and fit-out works Lead architectural coordination between client, contractors, and specialist subcontractors. Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with safety regulations Identify risks, resolve site issues, and manage variations. Prepare progress reports and lead project coordination meetings. Requirements Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture or equivalent.
