Project Manager (Development)

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the design and pre-construction phases of our development projects.

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain a structured project management system across all company projects, ensuring effective coordination of timelines, responsibilities, information flow, and execution of decisions. This person will serve as the central coordination point between the internal team, external consultants, contractors, and company leadership.

This position is a critical link between the company founder, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
