Project Manager - Data Center

**Role Overview**
We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to lead the delivery of large-scale **Data Center and Critical Cooling** projects. This role owns project execution end-to-end, from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover, with full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan, including scope, resources, logistics, and risk management
+ Plan and control project schedules and budgets, including cash flow, cost-to-complete, and variations
+ Lead procurement of major mechanical equipment and long-lead items
+ Manage site execution, subcontractors, and QA/QC to ensure compliance with design and international standards
+ Lead design reviews, resolve RFIs, and coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and structural trades
