I. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Reads all the documents turned over by the Special Projects Department (SPD) once the project is awarded to PDI;
- Coordinates with the consulting team for the project briefing;
- Coordinates with the client for the inception meeting;
- Prepares the documentations and minutes of the meetings;
- Facilitates the submission of the inception report by working closely with the consultants;
- Translates the work plan from the client-approved Inception Report to a dashboard for the project monitoring;
