is a human-centered qualitative research and strategy studio. We work with brands and agencies to uncover unspoken human truths and translate them into clear, grounded strategy.

We are hiring a full-time Project Manager / Operations Coordinator to support client delivery and help bring structure to how projects and operations run day to day.

This is a
remote role for candidates based outside the United States,
with required overlap with US business hours.

What you will do

• Support delivery across multiple client research and strategy projects
• Keep timelines, tasks, and documentation organized
• Prepare client updates, notes, and follow-ups
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and handovers
• Support onboarding of new clients once projects are sold
• Help track leads, proposals, and handover into delivery
• Maintain and improve simple project and operations systems
