Our client is an established engineering consultancy delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure and energy projects across the Netherlands. Their Arnhem office is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from initiation through design and execution.
You will oversee project scope, quality, planning, and budget while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholders. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
