7–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise environments Strong understanding of ETL processes, data migration, and integration technologies Proven ability to manage complex technical projects without relying on coordination support Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and vendors Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
