- Defence construction and remediation projects
- Symonston office base + Company vehicle
- Bring your experience in Commercial building construction and refurbishment
THE ROLE
- Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
- Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
- Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
- Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
- Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
- Involvement with tendering/estimation
- Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
- Raise RFI’s and track responses
