The Opportunity

Initial 6 month contract, where you will lead a lean team to produce decision-ready governance artefacts and investment cases for uplift planning in a regulated, security-driven program.

About the Role

You will drive pace, structure, and decision cadence, turning complex cross-system inputs into clear options, costs, risks, and delivery plans.

• Lead a 10 to 12-week establishment tiger team to deliver gate-ready initiation artefacts
• Build governance-ready investment cases with options analysis, scope, schedule, risks, and cost model
• Stand up operating rhythm: workshops, weekly RAID reviews, and governance forums cadence
• Own RAID, decision log, and dependency mapping across multiple in-scope systems
• Manage stage-gated scope to minimise sunk cost while keeping artefacts decision-ready
