Project Manager

Role Summary: The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of development projects (residential, commercial, or industrial). You will lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors, while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Feasibility: Conduct site visits and market research to determine project viability. Work with finance teams to build the pro-forma (projected financial return).
  

• Permitting & Approvals: Navigate local zoning laws and government regulations to secure necessary building permits and environmental clearances.
