Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead full lifecycle delivery — scope, plan, budget, risks, and timeline — from discovery through build, UAT, go-live, and hypercare. Drive hybrid Agile–Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Business Owners, Business Users, IT Stakeholders, and Suppliers to drive end-to-end project engagement — from initiation and requirements definition through solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and regular project tracking, status reporting, risk assessment, and mitigation reviews, including updates to the Steering Committee, to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Post-Production & Transition Management: Oversee post-production issue management, hypercare activities, and smooth handover to AMS (Application Managed Services); ensure coordination between delivery and support teams for operational readiness. <...
