About the Role
The Ecommerce Project Manager is accountable for driving end-to-end syndication strategy, delivery, team performance, and operational excellence across all retail and marketplace platforms. This role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, creative teams, automation specialists, and client leads to ensure brand content is consistently delivered across digital shelves worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the global or regional product content syndication program across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Carrefour, and others.
- Develop and oversee the governance framework, SLAs, performance metrics (e.g., live SKU %, TAT, issue resolution), and quality benchmarks.
- Lead cross-functional coordination among PIM/DAM teams, QA, content creators, eCommerce marketers, and automation developers.
