to join our delivery teams on a high-impact transformation programme for a leading international Insurance company. Location:
Remote (Spain)
Responsibilities Lead workstreams within a transformation programme, managing scope, timeline, dependencies, risks and actions through to delivery. Act as the link between business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams and external partners to elicit, analyse, validate and communicate requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews, capturing outcomes and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Document end-to-end processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), process flows and key business rules; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
