PROJECT MANAGER

If you’re a Project Manager who enjoys taking full ownership of a job - from early design methodology conversations right through to defects, this will feel like a good fit.

This isn’t a role where you’re handed a half-baked set of drawings and told to “just deliver it.” You’ll be involved from inception, working closely with design, shaping methodology and setting the project up properly. And once construction starts, you’ll see it through to completion and defect management, keeping standards high and clients confident.

The first project is a $2.5m commercial D&C fitout in the CBD, spanning multiple floors. A dedicated Site Manager will support you on this job, so you can stay focused on programme, cost control, stakeholder management and overall delivery. On smaller projects down the track, there may be times where you step slightly closer to site and take on elements of site management, so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up when required.
