Project Manager Assistant

Overview

Airswift is looking for a Project Manager Assistant to work in a contractor position in Macaé or Rio de Janeiro for an oil and gas company specializing in the supply of subsea equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning, directing, and managing project deliverables.
• Schedule and coordinate company personnel, subcontract for labor and equipment.
• Ensure company objectives for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, production, revenue, and profit are met.
• Review project budgets.
• Contribute to the submittal of documents for approval by the reviewing authority; both within the company and with clients.
• Assist with the review of customer contracts, purchase orders, and work authorizations regarding proposed scope of work, customer expectation, and project objectives.
