Job Overview:

We are looking for strong candidates that must have strong PM skills, particularly in managing groups and ensuring progress without causing anxiety.

The role involves managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, leading teams, and managing projects without focusing on technical tasks. The candidate should understand SDLC phases, project milestones, and scheduling, handle escalations, remove roadblocks, and maintain an even temperament to keep teams balanced and drama-free. He or she doesn't need to have technical background.

There will be some architectural changes that will require work on UI, backend, and database. This may include the introduction of an 'app store' concept, the use of agents, the introduction of a project structure concept where work and content can be organized and managed by protects and teams.
