Project Manager (Alumina / Bayer process / Refinery) LATAM

This role is based in a continuous, heavy industrial environment requiring stable 24/7 production, strong process discipline, and deep operational expertise in the Bayer Process. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing thermal stability, energy efficiency, and environmentally compliant residue handling systems.
