**What You'll Do (Responsibilities)**

+ PMO function for the GM Envolve initiative, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with strategic priorities and driving consistent execution standards across all South America markets.
+ Oversee and support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, enabling operational efficiency and scalability.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to expand project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Keeping the team engaged and focused on the broader group priorities.
+ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
