Job Description
Assist the PMO in enhancing demand management and project management capabilities for monitoring IT/Digital projects and change requests.
Support project initiation activities, including preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and relevant documentation.
Manage administrative tasks such as timesheet tracking, project documentation, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, consolidate, and analyze project-related data for better decision-making.
Support capacity planning by performing analytical studies on past trends, current pipeline, and forecasted demand.
