Job Description
- Prepare and issue RFQ in accordance with project and customer requirements.
- Prepare TGA, organize review sessions, and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
- Participate in conference calls with customers, addressing technical and project-related matters effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects meet predefined timelines, while monitoring and tracking actual sales pipeline progress.
- Provide technical support to the Customer Management Organization (CMO) on all technical issues.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and overseas sales offices.
- Review and approve customer bonding diagrams for new programs and tooling-up activities.
