About the Role
 As a Project Management Cadet, you’ll work on-site with the BGIS team to support the planning, coordination and delivery of real-world capital, infrastructure and maintenance projects. You’ll gain exposure across project phases, collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders, and build practical skills in project execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, scheduling and tracking project tasks, deliverables and milestones.
Support project documentation, reporting and communication with stakeholders and contractors.
Attend site meetings, capture notes, and assist in coordinating trades and subcontractors.
Help monitor budgets, costs, and project progress against timelines.
