Project Liaison Supervisor

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Certificate / Certificate in vocational /technical training in any discipline or equivalent.


• Minimum 6 years of working experience as Senior Operation Technician and/or Construction/Maintenance Supervisor or similar supervisory level.


• Minimum 10 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.


• Shall have experience in managing and ensuring Permit to Work (PTW/e-PTW) compliance, which include driving safety rules and policies, exercising and promoting the use of Job Hazard Analysis and implementing accident investigation procedures.


• Must have proven track record on Job Hazard Analysis (or equivalent) and Risk Assessment.


• Fully competent with Permit to Work (PTW/e-PTW) system and management.


• Good knowledge of Site Specific Procedure (SSP), SIMOPS or risk studies (i.e. Quantitative Risk Assessment)
