Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
Knowledge Requirement:
Knowledge of mechanical Integration and structural design Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials selection, welding and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with industry-standard practices for design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA). Good knowledge of design and release process. Good knowledge on CAD tool / ISO GPS/ GD&T/ PLM system Heavy machinery product knowledge with focus on components and sub-systems Good project management knowledge Basic people management knowledge Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in guiding and mentoring juniors.
