Project Lead - Mirror Development

1. Planning
- Mandatory Design Kick-off at the beginning for FSS/Grey box/BTP program.
- Engineering (RFQ/E-BOM/DFM/DVP) delivery planning & on-time delivery.
- NPD/ Technology/VAVE Engineering Project management
- ECN management & CMR
1. Project Execution
- Ensure FSS/Grey box/BTP product design according to standards and guidelines.
- Ensure Design review with CFT
- Ensure on time Proto Development, trials, Assembly & Right time correct feedback to design.
- Translate product defined performance criteria with respect to Functional, DVP specifications & manufacturing into desired product.
- Responsible for PFD, FTG/Poka-Yoke identification & support to DFMEA & PFMEA
- Negotiation with counterpart/CFT on matters pertaining to delivery date, deliverables and commercial with respect to Organizational benefit.
