QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in the same role
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Board Exam Passer) of Civil Engineering
• Advance proficiency in MS Office softwares, Microsoft Project and the like; AutoCad software is an advantage
• Proven work experience as a Project Head or similar role
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principle
• Must be familiar with regulations pertaining to design and construction (Building codes, Fire codes)
• Must be familiar in construction materials both traditional and new innovations, specifications and acquisition
• Experienced in project management, from conception to delivery
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
