Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Experience in preconstruction, tenders, and construction management.
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
