Project Estimator - Onsite/Night Shift

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to support pre-construction efforts for large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on multi-family developments. The Project Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, analyzing project documents, coordinating bids, and supporting value engineering efforts. The ideal candidate has deep construction knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and design partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of generally accepted construction practices, safety standards, building types, codes, and systems
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine full project scope and requirements
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs across multiple CSI divisions
