Project Engineering Specialist

The Project Engineering Specialist is the technical expert responsible for the implementation and support of surface solutions (products) from the respective product lines. The specialist will take responsibility for product implementation to the end customer which may include, but is not limited to, installation, configuration, customization, commissioning, training, stabilization, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation of surface solutions (products) in our local market.
• Answer customer inquiries and help them resolve any issues they may have with the product. Provide information, troubleshoot problems, or elevate issues to other teams.
• Investigate and diagnose product issues reported by customers, working closely with engineering and other teams to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
