Project Engineering Manager – EW Tempest
Mission:
Coordinate the project technical development, manage the engineering team across all disciplines, drumbeat the overall engineering workflow, overseeing costs, schedules, and risks for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibility Areas
Lead the Engineering aspects of the IPT or Product Line (dependant on size of IPT there may be multiple PEMs)Establish an effective multi-discipline Project Engineering Team to deliver the project outcomesEnsure that the Engineering outcomes for success are clearly defined and well communicatedEnsure that the Engineering activities are well planned, costed and scheduled with the Project Planning and Project Management Community.
